Community Events

Want to join me in making a difference? The PORT BURWELL HISTORICAL SOCIETY conducts numerous events and activities throughout the year and we do not charge any fees for these programs.

From Children's activity programs in association with the Marine Museum to Senior's Geneology research sessions, we champion the heritage education of the residents of Port Burwell and the surrounding area of East Elgin.

We organize and sponsor the annual Canada Day festivities, providing activities, refreshments, entertainment and fellowship for all, at no cost to the participants.

As well, we an active participant in the annual Santa Claus Parade, providing free hot chocolate and cider.

Please help us continue providing East Elgin with these services and events. Any donation will help make an impact.
