Hey Everyone!
We are The Lotus Project! Welcome to the team, and thank you for being here!
We are are an initiative that seeks to help the less fortunate in our community through collecting donations which can be turned into, care packages.
A care package generally consists of the basic necessities a person needs; toothpaste, basic hygiene, first aid, food, socks, feminine hygiene, etc.
Our goal this year is $1000 which will be used to purchase the items which will go into the care packages, for our annual donation drive.
Due to recent events we have decided to hold this drive near the end of the self-isolation period. We feel that this will be the most effective time to have this drive.
This is a hard time for the world, but those most effected are the people who do not have shelter. There is no such thing as a donation that is too small, everything counts! We understand that many individuals in our own community aren't able to donate as well, but thank you for being here your support means alot!
