Camo Retirement Rolex for Doc Jim Hill

Hey everyone,
My dad retired at the beginning of 2014 after over 30 years of Dentistry. As a family, we have been trying to think of and plan something special to honor him and everything that he has done for us over the years. We will be planning a celebration party of some sort and let all of you know as soon as we have details nailed down.
Furthermore, I know that anyone who knows my dad, would most likely agree that he is not a "nice watch" type guy and would NEVER ask for someting like this or buy it for himself, however with a Rolex as a traditional retirement gift, I had these thoughts....
-Every man values a nice watch, even if they do wear it all the time.
-The sentiment of his freinds and family giving a gift like this would mean A LOT to him.
-A Camouflage Rolex would be an AWESOME gift, because it incorporates who he is and the things he likes and would no doubt be something that he would be proud to sport.
-The best gifts are those that one would appreciate greatly, but could or would never justify buying for themselves.
I know that my father has had an impact on many people's lives over the years and I thought that there may be some people that would like the opportunity to contribute to this special gift.
The $6k number comes from a quote I recieved from a jeweler friend and is something that I think is doable. Anything above and beyond will be put towards his retirement party.
Anyone who contributes will have their family's name put in a special card to go along with the presentation of this gift, hopefully to be done at the retirement party.
