Disabled Veteran Needs a Home

Donation protected
I am raising money for my father to build a small house.  Before I go into the why I am doing this, I would like to tell you a little bit about my father, Terry Harper.  My Dad served around 10 years in the Army.  My Dad loved Army, and was on the fast track for E-7. He served in the first Gulf War as mobile infantry. It was until a few years after the war was over my Dad started having seizures and his health started to diminish. It wasn't until years later that the Government released news that during the Gulf War soldiers were exposed to chemical weapons. My Dad was one of those soldiers. The Army medically discharged my father for his condition. My father moved back home to Alabama and found work were he could. Bounty hunter, grave digger, home repair, you name it my Dad did it.
Over the years his health has gotten worse. Just last year my Dad had a stroke at the young age of 50. He still has seizures in his sleep which caused him to break off most of his teeth. The VA provides medical benefits but they will not give him a rating because the Army lost his medical records. We have searched high and low for those records and we have come up empty handed. Currently my Dad lives off $800 a month. His house fell in 6 years ago and he has been living with a friend, splitting rent. His living circumstances have changed and he needs to move. I am requesting $15,000 to help build my dad a tiny home. He doesn't want much, just a place big enough for him and his dog, Sissy.
My Dad is an amazing person. He has helped me through so much with life and in the military. I couldn't imagine a life without him. Before he couldn't work anymore he would take deer meat to neighbors in need. He personally cared my Great Grandfather as he slowly slipped away from Alzheimer’s. He has always tried to be a good person.
I would like to raise this money by February 2018. Please help my father. He has given so much to this country, let’s give a little back to him.
