Maritza Martinez Scholarship Fund

We are raising funds to go towards the newly created Maritza Martinez Scholarship Endowment. Of the $25,000 needed to complete this Endowment, we have successfully raised $10,000. We have until February 2015 (Maritza's 30th anniversary in EOP) to raise the remaining $15,000. Many lives will be helped by these funds as this endowment will allow us to service the emergency needs of our current 600 + UAlbany EOP students. If EOP had ever helped you, please consider making a donation so that we can assist our most fiscally needy of students. Their needs are numerous from winter coats to college textbooks to eye glasses to dental care and often, Maritza pays for a portion of these needs out of her own purse (and she has two of her own children in college who need her help). People often tell us that we ask, they'd give so we are asking for your help to make this scholarship a reality.
