Easing the Burden of a Family's Loss

Hey all. I know a lot of you have helped already.

Our mother and wife, Mary Hart of Palisade, passed away on Saturday 3/29/25. We are looking for any help to ease the financial burden from traveling to meals to cremation. We have siblings traveling from both Maine and Alaska. Luckily, everyone made it to be with her as she took her last breaths.

My mother had attempted to donate her body to science in order to reduce; however, due to pneumonia, that was unable to happen. Which is where a large portion of the request is coming from. My mother was selfless and attempted to line up a death that would be "cost effective". (She would have enjoyed the humor there)

If you are able, please consider any sort of assistance or sharing of this post. We all are at a very humbling time in our life right now. As to everyone who asks how they can help or let us know how we can help, this is how, and we all thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We understand if you are unable to help financially. We would never expect anyone to be put in a place where they felt guilted or less than if unable to help.

There is no current memorial or celebration of life planned.

Assistance will be spread between the 4 siblings and our father. Thank you all!

Edit: we will be having a memorial service on father's day which is June 15th at the Rustic in Palisade.
