Dear Friends of Forgery,
It was a difficult day when we had to shutter our bar and place our employees on leave due to the COVID-19 mandates put in place to keep our community safe and healthy. It’s like saying goodbye to your family and not knowing when you’ll see them again. This applies to both our team members and our regulars who have become part of our Forgery family. We miss seeing the faces of so many of you who rely on us for a quick cheeky after a day of work or those who come in with their teams to celebrate or decompress.
As you can imagine, our Forgery family who is currently out of work and relying on minimal payments from unemployment are going through a real hardship right now. We are trying to support them in every way possible to make this uncertain time less challenging for them and their families. We are hopeful that our community will help rally around them and chip in the cost of a few cocktails, or more, to help them with the bare essentials. No donation is too small, as it will make a significant impact on assisting our bar family during this difficult time. We are so grateful to you and look forward to showing our appreciation when we reopen our doors and get back to mixing it up behind the bar.
