PLEASE help!!  I have End Stage Renal Disease.   I need a kidney transplant if I want to live much longer.  I have also developed high levels of phosphorus in my blood, and it has begun depleting the calcium in my body.  It is causing arteries to start clogging and if not controlled will end up giving me a heart attack.  I am only 52 years old and have a lot of life to live, but without a transplant, my time is very limited.  If you view and read this PLEASE DONATE as I would like to spend more of this life with my wife who has been a wonderful care giver through this whole process.
