75 yr old in need of housing

Our community is seeking to help a 75 year old women who has been displaced due to unforseen financial difficulties.  Miss J has been living in her car with 2 small pets.  Some  people have been very kind by checking on her and bringing her food and supplies.  Some are even allowing her to use their facilities for bathing. We are desparatley trying to help her before the weather turns cold.  Miss J's love of her  pets and commitment to keeping them with her has made it impossible to be accepted into any  shelter.  She has tried.  Our goal is to get her into  a pet friendly  apartment, but, she  needs to meet the financial requirements of rent and security, etc. Ultimately, Miss J will be placed in affordable senior housing but we are told she does not qualify until she establishes a permanent address.  We hope you can help her.  Any amount is greatly appreciated.
