I have a good, good friend in a really, really tough spot. She has very little, is currently without work, and just totaled her faithful Rodeo. (Thank you, black ice.)
She and her two boys are unhurt (praise God!) but the accident left them with no transportation and not much more in her pocket than my family usually needs to cover gas for a month. Not being in a position to get her some wheels, myself, I started thinking . . .

The internet is a big place. (Heck, my rural county alone is a *big enough* place.) I know there are enough people out there who could lend a little help--an amount they wouldn't even notice--and my friend and her two young boys could end up with a decent, safe and reasonably reliable set of wheels. If you simply can't come up with $5, believe me, I understand. (Better than you'd ever guess.) But you can still help by sharing this around: facebook, tweet, whatever floats your boat.
Help me get the word out, and you'll be helping more than a single donation ever could. (Unless you're rolling in hundred dollar bills due to lack of anything better to do with them. Then a big, fat donation would be the best thing you could do. ;-)
