Heart of the City Church Chairs

Hello all, our new church plant, Heart of the City, is in need of chairs! We are thankful to have about 200 chairs on loan from Changepoint Church but will be needing to return the chairs very soon.
We've searched high and low and have found an excellent deal on some heavy-duty plastic stackable chairs. We'd like to purchase 250 chairs at $23 a piece (shipped) as well as 6 dollies for stacking at about $100 a piece (shipped).
