Humanitarian Dental Trip to Nicaragua

Dear Friends and Family,

I am planning to go to Jalapa Valley, Nicaragua to provide much needed dental care to villagers this summer. I am teaming up with Helping Hands, a humanitarian organization that brings dental and medical relief to villages of Nepal, Nicaragua, Vietnam, and Tibet.

In the Nicaraguan villages we will visit, the locals have access to medical and dental care only a few times a year. We will be traveling throughout the Jalapa Valley to provide dental care to approximately 10 villages in 10 days.

As a dental student volunteer, I will be working with dentists, performing extractions, restorative dentistry, and oral hygiene education. Your donations will help me make a difference in the lives of those in need and increase the quality of life for the Jalapa Valley.
