Help Wicked Tuna get to CCWC in Italy

In September 2014, Dragon Boat Club of Boston "Wicked Tuna" will compete at the International Dragon Boat Federation Club Crew World Championships (CCWC) in Ravenna, Italy. Club Crew World Championships are held every other year. Crews from the United States in each racing class are local clubs who qualified and were awarded berths from the United States Dragon Boat Federation to compete at CCWC.

Training to compete at CCWC is no easy feat by any measure and our team has a challenging journey ahead of us to prepare for international competition. Please consider helping our team of 26 get to Italy by donating to our team fund. All proceeds will help us pay for travel, accommodations and registration fees.

Dragon Boat Club of Boston (“DBCB”) was founded in 2001 to promote and develop the sport of dragon boat in Boston. As a Massachusetts 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, our club supports athletes and teams to compete in local, regional and international dragon boat races. As a diverse organization, our club serves the needs of both competitive and recreational dragon boat athletes.
