Joining Hands for South Sudan Project

Joining Hands For South Sudan is a project formed at the heartland of the United States in 2013. The purpose is to provide assistance (clothing and first aid kit, shoes,tents,mosquito nets, to the displaced persons) to the victims of the December 15th war in South Sudan. This war has created disproportionate humanitarian crisis in the key of Jonglei, Upper Nile and Unity states. The recent statistics compiled by BBC indicates that an estimate of over 600, 4000 persons have been internally displaced, and over 123, 400 have been displaced to the neighboring countries of Ethiopia, Kenya and Uganda. Brothers and sisters, we have witnessed disaster of our lifetime. Among these displaced persons, hundreds will die starvations and diseases. Our people are already at risk, and children and elderly are the most at risk. It is our outmost responsibility to intervene and safe life of these vulnerable displaced populations. Joining Hands For South Sudan appeals to South Sudanese communities and friends in the United States to contribute their dimes and clothes. We are appealing to curve the danger, and make different in the displaced people lives.
