Homeless Sister Needs Assistance

As salaam alaykum,
Unselfish, loving, caring, giving and helpful without even being asked; how many of us can say that we know of someone like this?!
There is a wonderful Sister I know that is in desperate need of shelter, food and a job. This time of the year is one of the worst times to not have a shelter over your head and that being said please read the following:
* She is in the NYC area and living on the streets. She was attacked recently and her arm was broken in 3 places. She lost her coat and all her ids. It is winter and freezing therefore imperative we assist her immediately.
No amount of help will be considered too little, every dollar will help us reach our goal for her. We are also accepting donations of warm clothing including winter coat, gloves, hats, thermal clothing and otherwise. (At this time she has no address therefore not able to take clothing. Once she has an address that will change)
“Those who (in charity) spend of their goods by night and by day, in secret and in public have their reward with their Rabb (only God and Sustainer). On them shall be no fear nor shall they grieve.” (Qur‘an, 2:274)
Mu‘aadh bin Jabal (r.a.) related from the Prophet (s.a.w.s.) “Sadaqah extinguishes sin as water extinguishes fire.” (Ahmad, Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah)
