WHAT ARE YOU DOING?
Josh Thomas and Aaron Cullers are joining the Adventurists this October! An organization out of the United Kingdom, the Adventurists create an off-the-wall adventure where teams hop on terrible vehicles and try to get them over mountains, rivers, and all sorts of unexpected nonsense.
WAIT... YOU'RE DOING WHAT?
We've joined the Mototaxi Junket. This October, we're hopping onto a mototaxi - perhaps the worst vehicle on the planet, and driving across the entire country of Peru. For charity!
In early October, we'll be landing in Peru to meet our mototaxi. After a couple of days testing it out, we'll launch our way across the country, with the goal of getting to the other end in two weeks. No maps, no routes. No highways, either (we'll get impounded!) - it's against the law.
At the end of the two weeks, if we've made it that far, we turn the bike in and we've donated to charity! CoolEarth, in particular. Cool Earth is the charity that works alongside indigenous villages to halt rainforest destruction.
HOW CAN I SUPPORT THE FUNDRAISING?

WHAT DOES MY MONEY GO TOWARDS?
Your money goes towards our fundraising contribution to the Mototaxi Junket and CoolEarth in particular. Specifically, every dollar donated goes towards these relief efforts:
$10 - Protects 1 Mahogany Tree From Loggers
$30 - Provides a rainforest school with textbooks
$100 - Saves 1 acre of Ashaninka forest
$750 - Saves 5 acres of Lubutu forest
$1,000 - Equips a village with a medical outpost
