Hi, my name is Sabrina and here is my story.
It was 7-1-13 and it was time to go to work.  My son Jonathan, M mother, my sister, and myself got into our van I started driving to work. I was just bout there when our worst nightmare happened. I got into a head on collision with a semi. My mom had to get 4 stiches in her left elbow, my sister had to get a small piece of glass taken out of her head but did not need stitches, My son was terribly hurt. He lost the whole left hemisphere of his brain, and I lost my left arm above my elbow I also broke all three bones in my left leg which caused me to get 2 titanium rods in my left leg. My son beat all odds and survived. He has to relearn everything and has therapy 3 times a week. We drive 40 minutes to children's mercy for his therapy so as you can imagine the gas for his therapies are outrageous. So this is where I am hoping you will come in and help my family out that way we have the money to be able to keep getting Jonathan to the therapies he needs.
