Hi. Please meet Andrea Weems - she desperately needs your help.
Andrea is a wife and mother of three who suffers from multiple sclerosis, a disease that damages the nerves. She was diagnosed six years ago, and since then she has lost the ability to walk. She can’t stand on her own. She’ll never drive again, or walk on a beach, or cook dinner for her family. Movements we make without thinking every day are lost to her – forever. Even talking is a struggle for Andrea. She must have round-the-clock care for all her daily needs.
And her fight just got tougher. Last summer, Andrea found out she had Breast Cancer. Surgery, followed by weeks of radiation treatment, has the cancer is in remission. But the treatment left Andrea with more than $5,000 in medical bills. She’s paying what she can, but she still needs an additional $3,000 to pay what’s left, or she could be denied future follow-up treatment.
That’s why Andrea is asking for your help. Please help Andrea any way you can – if you can only donate $1, or $5, $20...anything you can give would be appreciated.
