Volunteering trip to Nepal

Isabelle and I learned recently that we have been accepted to go on a volunteering trip to Nepal with Impact Travel. Govoluntourism.org We went through an application and interview process and were chosen to be a part of a team of 15. We are honored and humbled to have been chosen. We will be going there from June 6-19 of this year. We will work with the children of Nepal one on one, and have a once in a lifetime experience with another culture. Aside from that, this trip will help Isabelle, which means more to me than anything. As a single mom, travel outside of the US is not something I can offer her. This trip will give her an amazing experience, volunteer hours for school, and make her stand out on her college resume when the time comes.
