Baseball Dreams

Hello Friends and Family, Thank you for taking time out of your day to visit this fundraising site for Angel. As you all may know, Angel has been pursuing his love of baseball for the past 8 years. He has become quite the player and is currently on three different teams. YES, THREE!


He made his high school freshman team which was extremely important for him to participate in school spirit. He loves his high school and is excited and proud to represent it.


Angel has also decided to remain a part of the Covina Pony team he has been committed to for the past few years. He has been a player on this team since little league and followed it up into the Pony division. Such a lovable group of kids whom Angel considers to be family, and did not want to leave behind while he was "busy" with high school ball.


During the past summer, Angel was invited to join multiple travel ball teams. He decided on a team based in Whittier, and is eager to learn all he can from higher level players. Travel ball teams are very competitive, and the sole purpose of these teams are to play in tournaments all across the southern parts of California, and sometimes in other states.


As you can now see, helping my Son follow his dreams of playing baseball every waking moment of his life, is going to be not only time consuming, but also very expensive. Each team has its own registration fees, uniform fees, fundraising requirements, equipment, travel, and misc. fees. We are asking our friends and family if they could perhaps donate any denomination they can afford to help with costs associated with Angel's love of the game. I was required to put a goal amount upon registering on this site, although this is an estimate, I do anticipate the actual costs to be much higher. Thank you once again for your time and consideration of leaving Angel better means to follow his dreams...
