Community Service Donations Pt. 2

Hello and thank you for visiting my page! Last year, around this time, I expressed my desire to take middle schoolers to Belize so they could have the chance to help other kids their age. I reached out to the GoFundMe community hoping to at least raise $1000. I am thrilled to share that with your help, last year, we were able to repaint the entire outside of a primary school (see profile picture), 2 classrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 6 picnic tables, We were also able to give educational scholarships to 6 hardworking students whose parents weren't financially able to send them to high school.
In addition to financial donations, we received 22 soccer balls, a heap of hygiene products to donate to the families, and a Polaroid camera to send the kids home with pictures. As a group, we also put on a fine arts festival where we taught dance, music, and theatrical improv that the Belizean kids loved. We also played many soccer pickup games. They won, we were horrible :). But at the end of it all, I can easily say it was an incredible trip!
The service trip was such an amazing experience for the kids I travelled with and the kids we helped that I was asked to do the trip again! So here we go family, are you down to help again?
So here is the scoop:
The students and I will travel from Atlanta to Belize and accomplish 5 goals:
*Clean up and paint 2 new primary schools
*Create an awesome fine arts festival where we will teach dance, theater improv, and music
*Complete a hygiene workshop
*Give away at least 6 $200 scholarships to the kids who received them last year so they can continue their education
*Take family pictures to leave with the families
This is where we need your help! The money you donate will help us with the following:
-Purchase cleaning and paint supplies to fix 2 schools (4 rakes, 20 pairs of gloves, 10 gallons of paint, 2 wheel barrels, 20 paint brushes, 15 paint trays, drills, electrical strips, etc.)
-Hygiene products
-Polaroid film (many kids and their families don't have one picture of themselves so we are going to change that)
-At least 6 educational scholarships! (Background on scholarship need: it costs $200 per year for each student to attend school in Belize. Most parents on average only bring in a couple of hundred dollars a month so many times they have to choose between feeding their family or sending their kids to school)
Any donation you can give would be all the way awesome!
