Ashley’s Heart Surgery
Spende geschützt
Ashley Warren is a wife to her husband Jj and mom to three wonderful kids (Morgan 3, Emily 2, and Benjamin 2mo). She is a paramedic for Iredell County and has served our community for 7 years. Ashley was born with a heart condition called aortic stenosis. We’ve known for all her life that eventually she would need surgery one day to replace her aorta valve. Through the years her condition has worsened and she is now in need of open heart surgery. We know this is going to be a trying time on her family, not just because of the risks and recovery time, as well as having a new baby at home to care for, but also financially. As her family, we would like to help in any way we can to lessen the burden these new hospital bills will place on her in addition to her time being out of work.
Ashley’s surgery is scheduled for August 6th. She is looking at 6-8 weeks of recovery after her surgery, one of which will be spent in the hospital. With the way her insurance falls, she will be meeting a new deductible and out of pocket max, as well as continuing to pay for the labor and delivery she just had with her son. In addition, she is looking at having to take this time out of work unpaid, as all of her time accrued went towards her maternity leave. We ask that if you feel lead, consider contributing to this family in their time of need as the medical bills begin piling up and their monthly bills still need to be met. Anything that we as her family, friends, and community can do to lessen the stress on her and her family is greatly appreciated.
We love you all and appreciate your continued support and prayers as she faces this difficult and scary time in her life. Thank you!
