Embarrassingly Asking

My name is Joshua. I'm a hard working (Franconia Plastics) father, and fiance. My wife-to-be... her name is Felicia. She is a hard worker (Midgaurd Inc) and a wonderful step mom to my daughters. We've been together for about 4 years. My 2 daughters live with us and are lovely, caring young women. Our ups and downs are that of common relationships and there is nothing extravagant to report when it comes to lifestyle either. During the week of August 11th, our youngest daughter had an accedent that put her into the Children's Hospital Of Philadelphia where I stayed by her side the entire time. (She's doing very well, thank you). Two days after being released from the hospital, the transmission of our car went. ..... we lost our reverse. I wouldn't say that prior to this, that we would consider ourselves poor, but we sure struggled... Though nothing could take the smiles off our faces. Unfortunately, we are a One Car Family. To Uber to work, for the both of us, it would cost about $60-$80 a day (2 round trips). This situation has us sad, and shedding tears. We are scared of losing our jobs and home. As I write this, I'm going into my second week of not working. (Very thankful for my employer who understands life). The shop that looked at our car estimated $2500-$3000 to fix the transmission. I'm very embarrassed to be reaching out for help because we have come a long way in life.... Please help me and my family.
