Rebuild Family's House in Philippines

I am trying to raise money to rebuild my sister-in-law's parents' house near Tubigon on the island of Bohol in the Philippines. Their house was destroyed in an earthquake that hit Bohol island on October 15, 2013. They were also in the path of Typhoon Haiyan on November 8. My sister-in-law, Fe, moved here from the Philippines in 1989 and married my brother Tom. Fe and Tom have been supporting her family over the years, but do not have the financial resources to deal with this tragedy.

The picture shows who you will help by your donation. Currently, everyone in the picture, beside Fe's one brother Joseph, is homeless. When it rains they all stay together in Fe's parents house because its the house that has the most intact roof, however the structure is extremely unsafe. We are trying to rebuild Fe's parents (Porferio and Rogelia Israel) house. Both are 78 and are in the second row of the picture, Fe's grandma Lourdes is between them. Fe has six brothers. Three are handicapped (Porferio Jr. is peeking out behind the girl in the yellow dress; Mario is standing with purple shirt; The third brother did not want to be in the picture) and live at home. Sesinio (with the yellow hat), Joseph (with his shirt off), and Felipe (in the very front left) are Fe's other brothers. All three of their houses were destroyed in the earthquake and typhoon. Joseph has the resources to rebuild his house, but Felipe and Sesinio do not. Sesinio has ten children and Felipe has three children. Sesinio children are in the picture (Abel in the front row, Anabel Sesinio's wife is sitting with three daughters in front of her, in the back row from right to left are Aljon, Annalisa, Adrian, Anamae, and Angel). We are hoping that if we rebuild Porferio and Rogelia's house that will give a place for Felipe and Sesinio to bring their families in case of rain.
