medical mission to africa
Donation protected
twice a year dr. robert hamilton, one of los angeles's top pediatricians, heads missions to places in need through out africa. dr. hamilton has been making these trips for decades and in 1998 he helped establish light house medical missions. they have been to places such as sierra leone, the gambia, and the congo amongst others. the team's outreach doesn't end there as many have also volunteered their own time in places such as southeast asia and south america.
in april the team will be heading to guinea-bissau to help the people with medical needs and my intention is to join them. in order to help these people i need support to reach a goal of $3250 to make the trip. this covers the cost of everything from airfare and visa's to food, room and board.
my whole life has been spent moving around this country and has already resulted in a memoir full of experiences i would've never imagined growing up and nor would i trade it for anything. this is a chance to give back and to help those who will never get to experience opportunities like that.
for those interested in helping please contact me for details.
