Kunama Cultural Festival 2023

The purpose of this event is to raise awareness and celebrate the Kunama culture, through sports, arts, education, and food. We want to connect our Kunama people to resources in the community and share our culture to other ethnic groups in Sioux Falls. Outcomes We Want to See: •  To connect and support Kunama people to develop and grow. •  To raise awareness and celebrate Kunama people and their culture. •  To develop and teach kunama youth about their Kunama cultural heritage. •  To celebrate each other, play soccer together and grow in unity. •  To make Sioux Falls a welcoming place for Kunama people
