As many of you know, my Dad has been in a wheelchair permanently for over 5 years. He has severe nerve damage, drop foot & severe lymphedema. He has had 4 neck/back surgeries as well. A couple of years ago many of you helped in donating to get him the power chair he has now since Medicare claims he doesn't need one & took his away. It is his only form of getting around, he cannot walk at all. 2 months ago, he fell & broke both bones in his left leg. It will never be straight again. He is not able to get into his car anymore due to this last fall. I am starting this account to help him & my mom put a deposit on a wheelchair accessible van.
