medical and financial donations needed

four years ago i was on the hospital for a week with congestive heart failure. my heart was in distress. for the past couple of months i have been having faint/black out spells & high blood pressure. i am currently under the care of a cardiologist. i have done several tests: stress test, ultra sound of my heart and i am wearing a heart monitor 24/7. i was also placed on blood pressure pills. the cardiologist did not want me to over stress my heart, so i was out of work for a while. bills have become overwhelming and an added stress for me. if anyone would like to make a donation in my time of need, it would be greatly appreciated.
