Heart Surgery Medical Relief

Hello, my name is Norma Gonzalez and my reason for gofundme fundraiser is for my Sister in law Esperanza Martinez. She is currently recovering from heart surgery that she had in January 2018. In December of 2017 she went to a routine Dr’s visit and was given the news of a very much needed heart surgery. Her doctor told her that her type of heart condition is from birth. He told her that it has been gradually becoming weaker and if not taken care of surgically it could become a sudden and even fatal heart attack.
