On Sunday night, August 3, 2025, my son Joshua was viciously beaten in an unprovoked assault at a car meet. As a result he suffered a brain hemorrhage in fronal and mid-frontal cortex with a slight midline shift. He is bruised all over, but no broken bones. His brain hemorrhage has stabilized. He was in the hospital from 8/3/25 through 8/6/25 receiving treatment for his brain injury and wounds sustained during the attack. He is still nauseous and in a great deal of pain. These cowards also jumped on his windshield and busted the mirrors off his car, luckily some of the people in his car group are helping to fix his car for him. He has been out of work this week, and may remain out of work for some time as he heals from his Traumatic Brain Injury. I am worried about how being out of work will affect him since he just started a new job and most likely does not have any benefits to cover him for an extended absence.

He is currently on an agreement between the Court and his apartment complex to avoid an eviction and if he misses a payment he will be out in 7 days. He cannot afford this on top of everything else.
