John has stage 5 kidney disease

Our dear friend John Vindiola, a hard working father of 4, is experiencing stage 5 renal failure. He needs a kidney. He is currently in St Lukes in the Medical Center, Houston TX

For all those who know John, you know that he is the type of person who would help out a friend in need in any way that he can.
