January 9th 2018 we got the news David has stage 3 hodgkins lymphoma cancer. David is 18 years old in high school at Susquenita and will be attending Millersville University after he graduates. David has been playing soccer since he was 4 years old, he enjoys hanging out with his friends and playing video games. David went into the hospital on December 31st very sick. They did a biopsy on Tuesday, January 2nd. A week later (January 9th) the doctors confirmed the news, it was stage 3 lymphoma cancer. Stage 3 hodgkins lymphoma is in lymph nodes on both sides of the spleen. It has an 85% survival rate when caught early enough. Insurance doesn't cover full price, or nearly half.
