JT has passed, but that does not mean that the funds stop there. At this point we are asking for added donations to assist with my mother's time to cope with the loss of her sweet child, duting her time of grieving. JT is one of the sweetest, bravest kids I know. He is sixteen years old and has been living his life with muscular dystrophy. This disease has taken so much from JT's life and is now taking his life. His heart is failing because of the muscular dystrophy and has been told he doesn't have much time to live. Monica, JT's mom is a single mom and wants to stay home and be with her child, but her PTO has run out at her job. She MUST work so she can pay her bills.
