Current update: they held off the purchase date and sale of our home. We had a homeownership meeting on November 3rd, 2022 and the asking price dramatically reduced and we received an official sale date of: January 1st, 2023; with a sell price of $35,800. We will be homeowners.

I am asking all family and friends that can afford to donate, please assist us, take an awesome tax write off. We have a 2 month goal to reach $35,800.

This house has been a family rental, for a family member, for the last 6 years. On January 20, 2021, a letter was received from the developer, that if interested and desired, this home can be purchased, finally. We welcome the offer and ask for help from as many as possible. If you can afford to donate and take a tax right off, please assist us in keeping this home in the family.

Our primary goal is to receive donations totaling the asking price, listed online as $109,000 and $10,000 to remove the personal debt. Which totals $119,000.

Additionally, we have two other positive possibilities: they could ask for the median sales price listed for the area or the median listing price. Both are less than half the value of the asking price. Therefore, if there are any unused funds, after closing, they will be refunded to the donors.

This house was built in 2006, 4bd and 2bth. It houses a large family and is recognized as a pillar of strength to all of us.
