Stage 4 Brain Cancer, help grant wish!

"June 3, 1967"
My mom was born June 3, 1967. Now, at 46 she's been offered a short ride to Heaven.
She's filled with worry, hope, and reason, but life must go on in this current change of season.
From summer to fall, with leaves on the ground,
Her heart has become East Coast bound.
She hesitates to smile, with a face so numb and a body so weak,
She fights to keep that smile with tape on her cheek.
Her neck is bent out of shape, her body aches
She continues to live her life, with no fear of mistake .
With a mind full of gratitude, and a blessed new road to travel
Today my mother fights for survival
She continues to live life to its fullest, for it must go on
She felt as if she hadn't lived in far too long,
No accepting life on life's terms, as it's a part of her story
The scariest part is not knowing how long, or if the fight will end in glory
Taking on the world, one treatment at a time
She remains happy without reason or rhyme
My mom was born in 1967, she's been diagnosed with a terminal illness and offered a short ride to heaven
I ask her about her list, in order to live life to the fullest
I tell her she's not alone, and sometimes ignorance is bliss
She embraces the day as if she may not have tomorrow
She's quiet, but full of love
Never has she been closer to the Man above.
All though her life has changed with the season and is no longer the same
Her heart wants to take her to Maine.
A beloved mother, daughter, cousin, and aunt
She's irreplaceable, with her kindness and authenticity
She can light up a room without electricity
When someone close to you has been given a time frame, it's important that your time together must be of quality, although it may never be the same
I'd like to send my deserving mother to Maine
