Dear Ones ,
I have been dealing with what was once a pea sized goiter for more than fifteen years . Alternative medicine and holistic remedies kept the situation under control for years. At this point in time , my speaking and singing voice , along with swallowing and breathing are being effected by the increased size of the goiter . I am scheduled to have a total thyroidectomy on Monday , April 25, 2016 .
I will need to heal for a number of weeks . I am self employed which is a gift on many levels. During the time period after the surgery I will not be able to work .
I am a private person , yet , in this situation, I need to ask for and be open to receiving help . If you are able to help in any way , please know that I am grateful , appreciative , and blessed by your generous spirit.
I would also be most thankful for prayers , positive affirmations , good thoughts for myself and the surgeon and his team . I look forward to healing well and thank you from the depths of my being.
