Mission Trip to Nairobi,Kenya

In December of this year I will have the chance to minister to children and families at orphanages and AIDS hospitals in Nairobi, Kenya. With me will be one of my best friends and both my mother and father.

My father has been traveling to Africa for many years with a team of leaders. They have restored hundreds of lives through this ministry and I feel incredibly blessed to have the chance to be a part of the team this year.

Three years ago I would not have thought this trip to be possible as my father was very ill due to a failing liver. He finally received the miracle of a liver transplant after years of being hospitalized and near death. We just celebrated his 3 year anniversary of a new liver and a new life. This will be the first mission trip he has been released to take since the transplant.

I am also bringing in a way for the communities to filter their water so they can have fresh, clean drinking water every day.

The money we are raising will all be used for this visit in Kenya. Our stay in Nairobi will last for 10 days. We will be visiting the AIDS hospital, orphanages, and local churches the entire duration of the trip.
