Help, I'm being evicted!

Starting over is hard and full of pitfalls as I have discovered. Also working for myself instead of an employer has shown me how unprepared I was at managing finances and time. I am learning some hard lessons fast but it will all be for nothing if I can't keep a roof over my and my family's head. Rent is $1040, electric is $250, credit card is maxed at $300 and my phone bill is $260. I also have a car payment and a storage unit. I have nothing at this moment and don't even have gas to pick the kids up from school. I am reaching out to Catholic services and other nonprofits for assistance but I'm not getting anything concrete for help. I have been informed that my lease will be turned over to the lawyers on Friday for eviction. I am also getting late fees on most of these bills. I have a plan to dig out if I can just get some help in this moment. I can't imagine what is going to happen if I don't. My family are all I have and I can't handle losing them again. Starting over is hard and I am willing to do the work but I'm also humble enough to know when to ask for help.
