I need your help:My name is Taylor and I am in my junior year in college with a double
major in Elementary Education and Sociology. My dream is to teach Special
Education for children in kindergarten through 3rd grade. This summer I was given
an amazing opportunity to travel to Cuba for a week this coming December
and research Dance Therapy with young children who have Autism or Down Syndrome.
This would be an experience of a life time and one that I would also receive
college credit for. My dilemma is that I cannot afford the total cost of
my trip. My parents work very hard to keep me in college and although
they were so excited to learn about this opportunity they cannot afford to send
me. My mom, grandmother and I have brainstormed a few ways to raise money for my trip
and this is one.
