Hurricane Maria TZ Rebuilding Fund

On Wednesday, September 20 Puerto Rico was hit by the most devastating hurricane in nearly a century, Hurricane Maria made landfall as a category 5 devastating the infrastructure and destroying homes and businesses in its path with wind gusts reaching 152mph. In its wake it destroyed our Martial Arts Academy Training Zone. Training Zone has been offering Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing and Strength and Conditioning training for nearly a decade, in fact this October would have marked TZ's 10 year anniversary.We have trained hundreds of civilians and youngsters, fighters and law enforcement agents ranging from Municipal and State Police as well as D.E.A. Agents, Homeland Security, F.B.I. and Military Personal in our nearly 10 years of making people safer and building self confidence we have come across amazing human beings and martial arts practitioners and over a dozen of our students have been able to walk away safely from life threatening encounters due to what they learned in our training center. Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Competitors, Muay Thai and MMA Fighters have traveled the U.S. representing our Isla del Encanto and won numerous competitions. Martial Arts teach you a lot more than just how to defend yourself and better your physical condition, martial arts teach you and still in you things like honor, discipline, consistency, nobility and respect. We ask of you all to please help us rebuild our training center. Rebuild to make it better and stronger, rebuild it so we can continue doing what we all love to do, rebuild it so it's legacy continues in Puerto Rico making people safe, continuing building self confidence, "Saving Lives" and teaching necessary life skills to all our students and community, thank you all for your time to read this and for your donation. Miércoles, 20 de septiembre de 2017 un huracán Maria que entro como categoría 5 azotó a Puerto Rico con ráfagas llegando a 152 millas por hora destruyendo hogares y negocios. Hace casi más de 100 años que La Isla del Encanto no ha sido impactado por un huracán tan destrozó. En su camino destruyó nuestra academia de Artes Marciales Training Zone. Training Zone ha estado ofreciendo Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu Brasileño y MMA (Artes Marciales Mixtas) por casi una década, incluso este Octubre iba ser nuestro aniversario de 10 años. Hemos adiestrado y encaminado cientos de civiles y jóvenes, peleadores y agentes del ley y orden. En nuestro casi 10 años de existencia en P.R. una docena de civiles que sus vidas han estado en riesgo han podido detener atacantes debido a lo que aprendieron con nosotros, nuestro equipos de peleadores y competidores han viajado representando nuestra isla con mucho orgullo. Le pedimos humildemente su ayuda para continuar entrenando nuestro estudiantes y comunidad. Los Artes Marciales son mucho más que aprendiendo cómo defenderte y mejorar su condición física, los Artes Marciales la dan a todos sus practicantes cualidades como disciplina, nobleza, consistencia, respeto y honor.
