Alexis & Charles House Fire

On the morning of January 6th my daughter, Alexis Lauren Leggett, and her boyfriend, Charles Johnson, lost literally everything they own in a house fire. Alexis and Charles had been living in an apartment in the Burton house in Urbanna for the past four years. The entire house was burned to the ground. Alexis is an animal lover and rather than try to to save any of her posessions she tried to save some of the owner's animals but only one dog survived. Unfortunately, the owner was injured in the fire and fundraisers have been set up to help she and her husband get back on their feet again. 

Alexis and Charles are young and were both working hard to build a life together and are now faced with starting over with nothing. Charles's truck was destroyed in the fire and Alexis's had saved her money to buy a used car a few months ago and it was damaged in the fire but thankfully still runs.

I am so very thankful God was watching over Alexis and Charles and they were not hurt.  Material things can be replaced. Alexis and Charles both work in restaurants and trying to replace everything will take a very long time. Any donations to help them rebuild their lives would be so very much appreciated.
