DeGraaf Strong To Disneyland!

Jennifer Degraaf is an inspiration to many. A fearless leader, momma , and friend who's positive outlook on life is infectious on all who are blessed to know her. She was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer & now it is time to look after and spend time with the MOST important people in her life. Let's send her off to make some amazing memories with her family. Jennifer has always looked out for others & has successfully established a culture of positivity & love on Canyon Hills Campus and a representation of what EPISD is on the social emotional level. The students, faculty , and EPISD friends throughout the years are what drive Jennifer & she has worked so hard for the students since she started her career in education, and now it's time for her to say goodbye. Any Donation is welcomed as we hope her boys will have an amazing time with their momma who so unselfishly has given up here time n dedication serving everyone.
