Love for Luca

On January 31, 2021, Darren and Kimberly Nykiforuk received news that no parent should ever have to hear. Their youngest of three boys, 3-year old Luca, was diagnosed with Leukaemia. He had developed a high fever and became extremely ill. They took him in to the Stollery, and have not left. On top of fighting the current infection in his little body, Sweet Luca also has to battle this ugly disease. The road to recovery is going to be a long one, but we are confident our little Spider-Man is going to be very brave and put up a big fight. Mom, Dad and his two older Brothers are going to be by his side the entire journey and are in need of our help.
Neither of them are going to be able to work during this time and the ease of financial stresses would be one less thing for them to worry about on his road to the recovery. If you’re able to help this amazing family as they support Luca and also continue to care for their two other young boys, it would be greatly appreciated.
