Harvey Rescuer Lost His Truck!
Donation protected
My very good friend, Jeff Chase, left North Texas for Houston on Friday, August 25th to help rescue Houston residents trapped in their homes and in flood waters (he left early and staged out of Sugar Land, TX so that he could help as soon as necessary - he was in Sugar Land when Harvey made land fall). After a full four days of water rescues, and helping to rescue over 250 people, he was in a flooded neighborhood and found the sinkhole pictured above, totaling his truck. He abandoned his truck to continue with relief efforts. He is still in Houston and surrounding areas helping those in need. The insurance adjuster called him today saying that they would be giving him $12,000 LESS than he needs to cover his truck. Help me help him raise the funds to cover the difference, and show this Texan that we can take care of him just like he has been taking care of so many others. Thank you for any support you can offer!
