No House, Baby On The Way

My wife and I decided earlier in the year that we wanted to do away with renting and begin a new adventure and buy some land. We bought some beautiful land just outside of North Pole. We started clearing the land and ran into some really bad soil that has delayed our building process by a few months. Because we are new builders, we have had to relocate our leech field twice, and have forked out too much money on equipment rentals and material. We bought a used and inexpensive RV to live in and built an outhouse to use throughout the year(s) we build. We had most everything figured out and found many bumps in the road. Then we got pregnant. We are so thrilled and excited for this even newer adventure, however, we now need to build a cabin to keep warm and safe through the cold winter. We learned just the other day that the location of our new property gets 10°F cooler than most of the interior of Alaska, which means more ice. I worry about my wife slipping on her way to the outhouse. I am anxious to build a small 20'x24' remote wall system cabin with plumbing and electricity to keep my family safe through the cold winter. We appreciate any help at this time.
