Help with a Lawyer
* THIS HAPPENED IN SHEBOYGAN WI NOT MILWAUKEE *
I contemplated on posting this because it happened awhile back. But i will not continue to sit quietly and let myself get charged for simply defending myself.
&& for the cameras, the hospital themselves said all the er rooms do not have any cameras installed in. Thats why throughout everything, she smiled and taunted me about it.
This happened on February 3rd going into February 4th. I was recently discharged from a hospital in Milwaukee due to a blood clot, and they said if i started to feel similar symptoms for me to go back in. Us living in Sheboygan wi, i decided to go to Saint Nicholas Hospital on feb 3rd. I was put in a room, and told that the doctors would come. I waited for 30 mins/to an hour, no one came. I used the call button and asked the nurse for the doctor due to my body going limp, she said she would call him. Still 30mins later no one came. Thats when the receptionist came and asked for me to sign the consent for treatment letter. She noticed i was turning white, and that my bottom half was shaking. She then rang the bell for the nurse. Thats when i told her “ i feel like she’s irritated already, so ill wait”. She said “if she has anything to say, you can tell her i rang it. She can come talk to me.”
The nurse then came into the room as she walked out. The nurse said “ didnt i tell you, you chink. That the doctors will be here shortly. And i can’t and wont give you any medications for your pain because you’re pregnant && you’re a chink.” Thats when i told her “if you’re going to call me that you need to leave the room. Because i’m not going to take the disrespect. So i would appreciate if you left. “ she then told me as a patient i did not have that right to tell her to leave.
She then came onto my left side and took my arm. Thats when she began pinching it. I screamed for her to leave and told her she was hurting me. She just smiled and told me she wouldn’t stop unless i did something about it. Thats when i took my right foot and kicked her hands off of me. And because of that she smiled and said “okay, now i have a reason to go grab security.” She went to grab him, and he saw me telling her to get out of the room etc. but she wouldn’t. She kept on grabbing my arms until i pushed her hands off. Thats when security said for her to leave the room. She left the room and called the cops. Thats when this female officer came.
Before she entered the room They were outside my door already talking about what they wanted to do and say. She came in already having her mind made up about the situation. Saying the nurse had all the rights to call/say whatever she wanted because she was an higher authority. She did not try to understand why i did what i did, and even told me that if i went along with their story, she wouldn’t be taking me to jail that night. I declined her offer, and got arrested, while getting arrested the female officer punched the right side of my stomach. I even told her she did and that i was pregnant. She didn’t care. She said we have a nurse at the jail, and as we walked out she made eye contact with the nurse. They smiled at one another and the nurse said “ Bye chink “. Thats when the female officer looked back at me and smiled.
I have made reports about them, they all told me that they’ll do something about it. That it’ll be investigated, yet nothing has been done. They took pictures of my bruises, my statements, yet they want me to plead guilty because they said i hurt the nurse etc. When in reality even with the nurse claiming i kicked her so hard and punched the heck out of her. She would not allow them to take any pictures of herself. They did not care for her racial slurs, nor did they care for the statements/things that their employee(the cop) has said and done. I tried to get a new pd because the one i have now isn’t doing crap about it. She even wants me to plead guilty as well and to just sit quietly.
So if this is how your justice system works here in Sheboygan wi, fix it. Im tired of being discriminated against, and i will not just sit quietly and plead guilty to THIS case just because your workers are white.
&& yes i said a lot of crap because i will not tolerate being treated differently just for my race. Im saying something because i sure hope this DOES NOT HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE.
