Urgent medication request

I'm in hospital again and have an essential medication which was not approved by NICE in England (despite being specifically recommended for my specific issue on a detailed level) which is prescribed privately by consultants.

I need to pay for last month's and the next before they will send it out this week, and I am looking at real probs without it. Any support would be very gratefully received. Thanks.
