Paul Thompson Tool Fund

As a prominent member of the UK Electricians and Alarm Engineers Facebook Group, Paul Thompson has helped many a fellow member with technical assistance. He posts on a regular basis and has been helpful at all hours of the day. It's people like Paul that make the group what it is, a good community that can be counted on for finding answers when tech support is closed and even google can't help. The admin team are saddened by what happened to Paul today (13/07/2017). Through no fault of his own, his vehicle caught fire on the motorway and he has lost all of his tools and ladders. We feel that on this occasion, where his loss is down to a vehicle fire, the insurance company has stitched him up good and proper and have used a clause to state that his tools will not be covered. We have decided to start a crowdfunding page to try and help Paul get back on his feet. We don't want him to know and we haven't been asked to do it for him. He has been removed from the group temporarily so he cannot see it, we hope that we can earn enough money to get him back on his way and it will be a nice gesture to one of our own.
