Benefit for Laura Peterson

500This page is in honor of Laura Peterson, the strongest mother, daughter, sister and friend I have ever known. Laura Peterson was diagnosed with terminal cancer on June 6th 2013, at the age of 30. Dealing with medical issues is not new to Laura and her family, as she was diagnosed with epilepsy when she was 19 and with lupus when she was 28. Laura's experience with cancer started in 2012 when she was first diagnosed with cervical cancer.

Almost exactly a year after completing her cancer treatments, Laura learned that the cancer she thought was gone was again in her cervix and had spread to her abdomen, throat, and lungs.
