A liver for Isabel (Izzy) Guzman
Izzy is the daughter of Michael and Sarah Guzman and granddaughter of Phil and Sylvia Montoya. Izzy is a 10 year old beautiful and vivacious young girl. Now she needs our help. This last March she became gravely ill with a rare illness called “Nodular regenerative hyperplasia”. This disease has damaged her liver and now she is on the list for a liver transplant and the cost to the family will be huge. Currently Izzy is on oxygen and a feeding tube. Unfortunately, the medication she is taking to give her an appetite also makes her sleep. Izzy has had a blood and bone marrow transfusion but the problems persist. She will have a long journey to recovery and needs our help to get there. Our goal is to raise $15,000 to help offset the medical expenses that keep accruing. Izzy is in a very fragile condition, please donate to give Izzy a chance to grow.
